This was my first visit to see Doctor Kugasia. He made me feel important and heard. I have a lot of joint pain and... other concerns. He was very patient and didn't rush me. He asked a lot of questions and took the time to let me ask questions as well. He made me feel like I was his only patient in the clinic, even though there were a lot of patients there.
